DeKnox Return & Replacement Policy

At DeKnox, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver the finest quality Mithila Makhana with every order. However, if you’re not fully satisfied due to any valid reason, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility:

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item/quantity).
  • The packaging is tampered or unsealed at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Note: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference or change of mind.

🔄 Return Window:

  • Return/replacement request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be eligible.

📦 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at deknox.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 9572567776.
  2. Share your Order ID, product image(s), and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

💰 Refunds:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI.

🚚 Replacements:

  • If the product qualifies, a free replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.
